This fusion restaurant had so much yummy food! It's definitely not your typical pho spot. Unfortunately, I couldn't place an order for one of everything.. or can I?? I tried out their house special pho which consists of beef broth, rib bone, ribeye, and brisket. I also order the calamari which came with this green sauce and lemongrass beef spring rolls with a pineapple sauce. Service is great, food is great. Give it a try!

The chicken breast pho was delicious. Good quality pho. I didn't want to finish it because it was so good. Very nice and friendly staff. Lemon grass rolls with a very delicate and tasty sauce is a must. The restaurant is clean, well lit and nice decor. My new favorite Pho restaurant. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Surprisingly haven't had pho in a while, so I was excited to try this spot out. Parking: Free parking lot. Ambiance/Environment: Once I walked in, I was asked if I was ordering out or dining in. The cash register is towards the back. They have a large space with a decent amount of indoor seating. No outdoor seating. Love the interior and lights. It accommodates groups of all sizes. Service: There was one female server that assisted me. She was courteous and efficient. Throughput for food was quick; around 8 min after ordering. The drinks took a big longer for whatever reason. All the food came out before the drinks. Foods & drinks: 1. House Special Combination - This is one of their specialty pho that includes bone-in ribs, rib eye, and brisket in beef broth. There was a generous amount of meats. The noodles were cooked well. The broth might've contained way too much MSG because I was constantly drinking water. Other than that, the pho was enjoyable. 2. Banh Hoi Heo Quay - This dish was recommended to me because it's their newest dish. It has pork, noodles, vegetables and nuoc mam. The nuoc mam was delicious. The pork skin was crispppyyy, and they give you a lot of pork! The vegetables were fresh. The noodles were organized into cute rectangles. Since the lettuce was chopped, I took pieces of pork, wrapped it in the noodles, and topped it with vegetables instead. I also poured the nuoc mam over the noodles for more flavor. 3. Cajun Pork Jowl - These were seasoned well, but I also think there was too much MSG. The creamy sauce made it more flavorful. 4. Egg Coffee - Their coffee was strong. The egg cream was thick and sweet. The cream and coffee balanced each other well. 5. Tropical Twister - This smoothie contains strawberry, pineapple, and mango. Absolutely refreshing! Pricing: These prices are the new average prices for Viet food. I don't go out to eat Vietnamese food often because I grew up eating it. When I do though, I'm glad it's as enjoyable as this experience.

Stopped by for a meal and got to try so much goodness! The restaurant is bright and clean. I love the lamps that hang from the ceiling! There is plenty of seating and the restaurant feels nice and open. The service is very friendly and efficient. The servers know the menu so that's always a plus! The food was super yummy! We were a larger group (which was easily accommodated) so we were lucky enough to try quite a few dishes! All came out hot and had delicious flavors. My favorites were the crispy egg rolls and the deep flavor of the crispy wagyu fried rice with bone marrow! They also have many drinks to choose from. I had the matcha brûlée which was soooooo good! Next visit I have my eye on the tropical nectar fruit tea!

Been wanting to go back here cuz my first experience wasn’t great. Went with a group and I didn’t get to try a lot. This menu is insane, I wanted the whole menu. So many of my favorite dishes and I couldn’t really decide!!!! I can’t believe they had lobster spring rolls, never seen that anywhere! Everything we had was delicious as I expected and can’t wait to go back!

Love this restaurant. I rank this on my top best Phò in socal. I would compare this to Asian Foodie in Anaheim, so good. It's definitely a must try phò "broth is authentic, and the spring rolls are fantastic. I highly recommend trying this establishment

Pho Alley really won my goodwill and future business tonight. We came early with a very large party of nearly 20 people, and they managed to accommodate us incredibly well. The servers were professional and highly proficient, the dishes came out quickly with no mistakes, and the food was high quality and delicious. I loved the Pho American Wagyu and the Shaken House Fries. My wife had the Bo Ne, which was also fantastic. It's a bit out of my normal distance range, but I intend to return soon. It's worth the trip.

An incredible atmosphere in a quaint spot. The prices are good, and the food is absolutely incredible. I will be back. This is a hidden gem Also the girl at the front desk was very nice UPDATE I came back the next day to get the same thing, except this time I added spring rolls This Vietnamese restaurant is not only delicious, but the cooks and the wait staff are smart. I am a dining room supervisor and I know smart when I see it. These people are smart and let me tell you why... Someone in the staff took the time to melt little holes on top of the foam takeout containers. At first I didn't understand why, but then it dawned on me... Someone at pho alley knows that when you put spring rolls in a closed box that will get soft quickly.. Again, someone took the time to put little holes in the foam to-go containers so that the spring rolls would stay crispy.... This place is working smart and is offering delicious food. I see this place increasing in popularity quickly. Very well done to the staff
